Immediate opening for an experienced Credentialing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience in CVO or Hospital setting.  Candidate must be an independent worker with the ability to meet strict deadlines and heavy case load.  Detail oriented, with good organizational skills, accurate computer skills and credentialing software knowledge required, MSOW a plus.  Must know NCQA guidelines and have a thorough  knowledge of Source Verification requirements.

This position is responsible for leading the overall strategy development and implementation related to the formal medical staff structure, relationships, and communication.  In addition, the position leads development and implementation of the strategy for overall physician communication.  Also, the position provides the point of coordination for relationships between Scottsdale Healthcare and the primary care physicians in the organization's service area.

Basic Education:               Related Bachelor's Degree

Basic Experience:              5 years related experience
                                        including 2 years strategic
                                        planning.
